The hotel was beautifully decorated and had a very

clean environment, which made our stay enjoyable. The location was excellent, but the valet service was a bit pricey at $65 a night, and it took a while to get our car when we needed it.

Very cool stay despite a hiccup

Had a unique experience with the robot room service and an Amazon Echo in the room. The shower design was super attractive, like something I’d want at home! The food at the lounge was decent, but overall the lack of concierge service was a letdown. Also, the room felt a bit cramped for two. Still, worth a visit!

The staff at the front desk offered excellent service, making an effort to accommodate our early check-in request. Each morning, Elizabeth at The Albert provided welcoming hospitality and attentive service during breakfast.

But, oh man, we caught some ash whiffs in the bathroom—it felt like a foggy memory from past guests. Also, the downstairs bar could definitely use later hours to keep the good times rolling.

It was a nice choice for a momentary visit in Chicago with high value for money. The view from my room was stunning, overlooking the city skyline. Try to ask for a room higher up for a better view.

we had a fantastic five-night stay at the autographed collection. the hotel is unique, highlighted by its art deco design. we loved the cute delivery robots and the spacious gym. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, and the staff, especially daniel the bell man, was super friendly and helpful.
